These fantastic flush mount stainless steel rod holders are 316 marine grade stainless steel with a 30 degree angle. They have a rubber cover and insert to but protect the butt of the fishing rod damage when inserting and removing the rod. It also has a rubber gasket to ensure a secure adhesion to your boat.
